With my Fitness Program I am giving them exercises to get them stronger; to climb stairs, walk across a store or to lift groceries. I also work on balance to keep them from falling. I work on their flexibility to smooth out their aches and pains and I provide them with a sense of well being. They are alive, they matter and they are loved."
