Mike Zinn

Teri has enjoyed fitness all her life. From running track in high school,  to being certified by AFAA to teach aerobics in the 80's  and step in the 90's. All the while raising 4 boys with her husband Mike. In the millennium Teri got out of the gyms/fitness clubs, and ran 10 k's and her first marathon in 1999. She continued to expand her fitness level, and did some local triathlons. Her new passion is senior fitness. With this population living longer, Teri sees the need for seniors to be active as safely  and as physically possible. Teri is certified thru ISSA  specializing in Senior Fitness. Teri is currently working in small board and care homes for seniors  with an emphasis on upper and lower body strength, balance, eye and hand coordination and a sense of well being.

Mike Zinn has been involved in athletics and physical fitness for the past 24 years! Mike is a former college basketball coach, physical education instructor and Director of Athletics at Occidental College. After leaving Occidental in 1986, Mike entered the field of sales and marketing, working with such well known brands as Adidas, Converse, Puma and currently for Fila. Now having received a Certified Trainers Certificate from the International Sports Science Association, Get Fit Forever, LLC was formed. GFF recognizes the challenges women and men face attempting to stay fit with their family, professional and social commitments. Our goal is to develop consistent, long lasting programs designed to meet these day to day life challenges and develop life long fitness.

  • Initial evaluation/consultation to asses fitness level, needs, and goals.
  • Detailed weekly workout plans with follow up daily or at the end of the weeks workout cycle.
  • Unlimited e-mail or phone consultations for clients regarding their personalized programs during the current program in process.
